      I came into business where a young lady was very rude, playful with customer, spent way too much time waiting to be asked for instructions when there was a line full of customers. This young lady is slow and when the commercial manager told her to ring me up, she left out the store for 10 min, came back in and began playing around, walking around and did this for another 10 min until I had to tell her to bring to her attention I was in a rush. She replied, "I'm not ". I told her it doesn't matter because I'm not here to serve her but the other way around. That she is immature, seems very incompetent of the store operations, and she continued to get smart and make a screen in front of other customers. The next week she was there again, talking, playing, and eating a bowl a Chipotle at the register. I ask the white man with braids to ring me out because the same black girl with the dreads was at the register and I wanted to avoid conflict. He declined and stared she was the only person who can ring me out. Then I had no choice but to go to her where she took 20 min to look for my order, walking around slow talking to people, eating food, where I ask someone else for help. The older man helped me but while waiting the same white boy ask me questions. I declined his help because he made it as tho he couldn't help me but both himself and older man was at the same commercial register he claimed only the woman could operate. I spent an hour waiting on my order to pop up as this order was suppose to be delivered 2 days prior and never did that happen along with my order was suppose to be picked up at my mechanics the week prior, and that never happened as well. I ask the commercial manager why he didn't go get as he kept grabbing at his private area 90x which was very awkward to avoid watching him do. He then had no answer why he didn't pick up the parts to exchange with my new parts but it was upsetting and unprofessional. The staff at this location are unprofessional.

      District Manager has spoken to customer - he said he had a good conversation with her.  Our employee will get a serious violation.

      District Manager even recruited her son to come and work for AutoZone.
