    I recently made my first (and last) purchase from MCM, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Out of the two items I bought, and returned because I was told to re-buy the full order to take advantage of the additional 20% off coupon code. Only to find out that MCM is telling me they only refunded me one item because the return label created was for one item. I called their customer service right away and they stated that they would investigate the matter. I had a feeling their so called investigation would not change my result. When I called their customer service I kept being met with extremely unsympathetic and rude customer service representatives when I needed assistance. As a 9-5 worker, I feel completely robbed by MCM. They have shown zero respect or understanding for their customers. I am returning my full order again hoping that I don’t get robbed by MCM again; as I am forced to pay for an item that I don’t have. To anyone considering buying from MCM, stay away! This company is a scam. Save your money and avoid the frustration I went through. I am extremely unhappy with their service and regret ever making a purchase. I strongly warn everyone to steer clear of this terrible company.

    This company is a straight rip off! Material soooo cheap! How does the color peel away on a Designer bag and change colors?! I have many other designer bags even cheaper ones that have NEVER did what this bag has done! My first complaint to them I was within the warranty. They sent me a label but I wasnt able to mail it off to repair because I was in the process of trying to move and just in case I didnt want to add a incorrect mail back address. So I wrote them again recently and now they will not honor the warranty even though a label was created in that time frame! All I need them to do is resend the label. And they wont help me now!!

    By far the worst company I ever dealt with. I purchased an item for a friend of mine that was on sale for Father’s Day a pair of slides they are originally 210.00 they were on sale I got them for 156.90 to make a long story short he went to the store in the ******** ******* Tx to exchange for a bigger size a older lady told him those were bought on sale and she can’t return them after telling the lady he don’t want to return them he need a bigger size, she said she couldn’t exchange he didn’t have the receipt so he let me know he couldn’t exchange the slides so I called the store and spoke to a sales Rep by the name of Joseph I gave him the order # he said he would look into it and give me a call back so after a hour or so he did call me back to let me know since the slides was on sale he would have to return the slides and sale me the size I need a regular price. I explained to the gentleman that that doesn’t make any sense to me it’s within the 30 days I just need to exchange for a larger size I was told that’s the way they have to do it due to the slides are no Longer on sale. The math just isn’t mathing. I contacted the customer service department I was told I have to mail the slides back purchase the slides again at regular price once I get a shipping # give customer service a call and ask them to honor the price at which I paid the first time. Are you kidding me who has time for that. I feel they tell you that foolishness because they know people do not have time to go through that rigmarole. So I have to pay 71.00 dollars to get his size he need. This place is a joke never ever again will I purchase anything else from MCM nor will I purchase any of there merchandise from any vendor.

    MCM is a freaking JOKE!!! I purchased sneakers on Dec17 22. I did not open the package until later. Yes it was pass the 30 days and that’s fine. The wrong size came, However I can’t return them anywhere and they keeping my money. Where do they do that at??????? So I’m just stuck like Chuck ***!!!!….. All other Luxury companies don’t do that.!!!!
