    Stuart bale is a salesperson for this company. A man named Michael is his boss and they sell POS systems. Stuart told me that I would pay absolutely nothing for the first year then after that only a small percentage of my overall average sales. He told me that if I wasn't happy I could walk away. I have messages between us with him stating that. Apparently he signed me up with a contract but he never told me I was in any kind of contract. I had to sign a lot of different stuff but I was not made aware that I was in a contract until I did not like their systems and wanted to end it with them. He signed a lot more people up that I know and they were not made aware either. This company is constantly trying to take money out of my business bank account and because of that, I haven't been able to use it for like at least 6 months. I have to keep it at a zero dollar balance so they don't keep taking my money. I've actually had my bank block them and then they changed some information so they could still try to take money so my bank has to block them again. This guy Stuart has repeatedly told me everything was being taken care of but it's not. I'm afraid it will eventually go on my credit and I've worked really hard to build my credit. I need help and I really want people to know not to trust this company or the sales people.

    Hello,

    I have spoken to *** ****** and to *** **** the issues seems to arise from miscommunication or misunderstanding between the two.  Our company works with multiple system providers and some have agreement contract terms and others do not.  *** **** says that they discussed multiple options and that the one *** ******* enrolled in does have a contract term and that is outlined within the agreement that she signed.  I have spoken with *** ****** and she shared that she felt that this was not clearly stated to her and that she felt the one she signed up for did not have a contract term.   *** ****** did share that she did not review the agreement in detail prior to or after signing.  The company she went with does offer a free trial period of 30days following installation of the system before the contract terms apply and that was not enacted.  Regardless of this, I have let *** ****** know that we will get the situation resolved for her and taken care of shortly and I do not believe any additional information or assistance is needed at this time.  I expect the matter to be fully resolved next week with no expense to *** ******.
