    I talked in to a account with Premiere Shooting range an was told I could cancel the account at anytime with no penalty by the employee when I signed up . Moving forward I need used the account I signed up for. 5 or 4 months later after noticing the changes for the account coming out of bank account I called to cancel the account an was told by a different employee that I couldn’t cancel the account. I miss placed the card attached to the account so I canceled that card a few months later I received a call from Premier Shooting Range about the monthly payment an that’s when I explained to them that I was told I can cancel at anytime by the employee who signed me up an that they had already been getting free money for months now an I had not been in there establishment since signing up for the account. The employee I spoke with said I would have to pay $100 cancellations fee . I ask to speak with a manager regarding this matter the employee said he was busy took my name an number an said the manager would call me when he was free to do so. After receiving a call back an discussing the matter the manager looked up my visits an seem I had not been back since that day an agreed to remove the account with no charge because they had been receiving payments for a service I never used. However the accounting department without speaking with the manager about the account sent it to collections an now there is a$198 collection on my credit for Miss communications between management an the accounting department. This is not fair to me as a customer since an agreement was made to remove the account with no cancellation fee because when I signed up I was told I could cancel at anytime.
