    Ordered two Custom Desk Mats. Their site made it super easy to upload and edit the photo I wanted to use. The order was processed quickly and they actually arrived 2 days sooner than expected. These Custom mats are stunning and very nice quality.

    They are no help when it comes to shipping packages, I ordered a shirt and tumbler a while back and they have yet to arrive. Any time I click on the links in the emails they sent me to track the packages, I receive no updates or estimate arrival time. I’m very disappointed with their “1-4 days shipping” policy when it’s a total lie. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you would like to order something sentimental for someone special.

    Hi ******, I apologize on the delays from USPS/DHL. I see your order was fulfilled after 3 days. Our policy states that we ship items within 1-4 business days, which we did. Both items are in transit with the tumbler being delivered today. We are always looking into other carriers while considering time and cost for our customers. Thanks for shopping with us. ****

    Terrible product, cute but Terrible. Bought custom phone case and it would not stay up on one corner and of course I dropped the phone on that corner and it cracked the screen on my brand new S22. Customer service acted concerned until I sent over the pictures they requested. Then I got a simple sorry for your luck. I ask for a refund, not expecting them to replace my screen vs a 12.00 case.... CURTIANS.... Cases are junk, cute but junk!

    Hi *****, we reviewed your order and see that you ordered the slim style case. This is our minimalist case and provides minimum protection. If you drop your phone often, we recommend the extra protective style. These cases are built to protect your phone on drops.     I am not satisfied with product and how they respond to issues. I made an attempt to identify issues and the response is by asking me a question about an issue I have already addressed. I do not want to repeat myself. I feel like either they do not want to address my issues. I want to talk verbally to allow them understand my issues because emails are not effective if you are not reading or ignoring them.
