    New ductless mini split heating/AC system installed 10/13/23. Since installation it has never worked right..every night temperature would drop and it never gets up to the temperature on the thermostat. As the temperature dropped outside the system failed to heat and was hardly blowing tepid air. Called repeatedly, very slow call backs, cited a freon leak, came and replaced the fittings, told them it was still not working, as the winter progressed I had no heat. They loaned me 2 little space heaters..it was 60 degrees in my house with the heaters. Eventually I had to shut one of the heads off and close off my bedroom which now has absolutely no heat as it was making a whining noise and the thermostat was set on 68 and the room was 50 degrees. I have called and left countless messages as have my parents to try and get a response with no callbacks. This unit is under warranty and paid off. Most recently they said they were coming out and never called or showed up after I took the day off from work to be home. Still at this moment they have not responded I am having more problems and there needs to be a solution. I still continue to leave messages with no response. This is unacceptable.

    1/31/24 per customer phone call yes the business did come out on 1/26 but the problem still isn't resolved. Next visit has not been scheduled, please contact customer to set that up.

    We have called texted and been to her home. Hired and company to do an independent energy survey on her home. We have come up with a solution to correct no problem and it is in ******* hands at this point

    Unit still does not maintain inside temperature below 30 degrees outside. This is a unit he designed for my house stating it would heat below 5 degrees. Dealer states I need a bigger unit due to heat loss in my windows at my expense I reject that as it is his mistake .I have been trying to get resolution since November and indoor temperature has been 60 degrees numerous times with no response from the contractor. As he has not been present to witness this.

    Good afternoon. To whom ever it concurs We as a company have been in contact with *** *****  since day one and has never left her.  We have been there many times. We have called the factory to get a factory service tech to come look at it and he has finely came to inspected system. He found nothing wrong with installation at all. He thinks that the thermostat censer is reacting improperly . So the factory is sending a remote thermostat for each head. as soon as I get these parts I will install them asap. I will be glad to respond to this complaint as soon as I am finished doing what the factory is asking me to do.

    so she doesn't own the company any more.

    Good morning. 

    I have been waiting for the factory to send me the controls that they said needed to be added to the system. My hands are tied until the factory delivers the controls to me. But I was assured by the factory that the parts were shipped and I should receive them any day. As soon as I get these controls I will install them at *** ******* earliest convenience.
