    Fall 2023 we had a roof installed & other roofers gave an estimate of 20,000 but following Covid & recent storms, we could not get any other contractors in our rural area. There was a leak in two rooms. Jeremy P*******, owner of Blu Build LTD, came and was very thorough with what needed done. but kept insisted we get an amount for what the insurance would provide first, telling me it was a requirement of them. I argued with my insurance and Jeremy still could not give me an actual “estimate” until he took off the roof. What occurred was him taking off the roof & asking for 12,000 every few days “ for supplies & labor”. He said he would work with us & kept selling the shingles as GAF brand & we would get this amazing warranty, he had to submit for. AFTER 50,000+ My roof was complete, no money left for damage inside (wall/ceiling/floor repair) nor soffits & gutter replacement. I have been put off with excuses as to why I can’t get my warranty, an employee who submits their contract with GAF died suddenly, no one else knew where the paperwork was, that’s been almost a year now, Jeremy has told me to watch the email for the warranty. Now he don’t return calls. Last time I could reach him was mid Nov 2024. STAY AWAY FROM JEREMY P******* // BLU BUILD IN WEST PORTSMOUTH OHIO, FOR ANY HOME REPAIRS. Learned a $50,000 lesson from a scam artist at his finest.
