    My system has malfunctioned numerous times. The last time I tried to let them know it was malfunctioning, before the *************** showed up. I've had technicians here to fix issues four times. My system has been beeping now for 12 hours. Getting anyone on the phone takes 30 to 45 minutes on hold. I am on my sixth phone call, and they still have not fixed the beeping. It's driving me nuts. I've asked them to send a technician immediately, and they will not do so. I do not recommend Vector to anyone due to poor equipment and horrible customer service.
