    Subject: ************************************************* buckeye complete auto care I spoke to shop manager Mr **** I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at [buckeye complete auto care ] Date of service Jan 20th Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly with the shop, I am still facing problems that remain unaddressed.Issue Details:I brought my ************** gl 450 to there shop for heating issues with some leaking antifreeze told them I care about the car and I dont have heat at moment so if you find any other issues pls feel free to discuss with me before doing it. I was charged over $4000] for this service, with the understanding that [the heat will work properly now expected outcome, However, after the service, I experienced was poor and not fixing the issues or the problem I brought the car in 1st place the heat wasnt working, the dashboard light was still on add antifreeze the issue was not properly diagnosed, additionally had to take car back to them still giving them a chance Am reaching out to bbb , they refused to fix the issues they attempted a repair but the problem persists, they ignored my concerns]. Despite my patience and multiple attempts to resolve this amicably, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.Requested Resolution:I am requesting [a full refund, a proper repair at no additional cost, reimbursement for additional repairs I had to make elsewhere, I took my car other repair shop this matter is reasonable deadline, issue by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), my states I hope we can resolve this professionally.

    Complaint Summary:


    I took my SUV Gl 450 ************* 2012 to buckeye complete auto care on Jan 20th 2025 for [specific service, e.g.,AC and heat not working with some leak  repair,  and was charged $$3425.53. I was assured that the issue would be properly fixed. However, after the service, I experienced before I even took the my car the heat wasnt working still and the  ongoing i, e.g., the problem remained,so I took drive test and the car was empty on gas so I went out some gas came back to them and addressed the issue they give me a ride back to my place. They said we dont work on weekends so you car would be ready Monday with complete satisfaction so I left. 


    I contacted the shop on [on Monday again they said you car its ready with some extra extra charge of $634.54] I went there to pickup the car I noticed not a lot of heat and the back heat wasnt working at all. Mr **** store Manager told me to take a ride for couple days and it should work but yet still nothing working so I contacted them and explained the issues still exist.or provide any corrective action. Despite multiple attempts to work with them, they have denied any resolution.


    Desired Outcome:


    I am requesting full refund $3,425.53 a proper repair at no additional cost, reimbursement for additional repairs I had to make elsewhere, . I am filing this complaint because the shop failed to provide the service I paid for, and I want the BBB to investigate and help mediate a resolution.

    Unprofessional respond I talked Mr **** this morning his response was no refund or anything to work with. I cant trust them to take my car back to them so I need solution on this matter
