On December 14, 2024, I purchased a driver head cover from the owner of this Ohio Golf Co, who has since started another company called The ***********. I paid $140 via Venmo to ****** ***********. I reached out on December 28th inquiring about the package because it hadnt arrived yet. No answer. I reached out again on December 29. No answer. Continually reached out until I received a reply on January 3, 2025 that he was in a meeting and would try to track down the package later that day. No reply. On January 4th, I let him know that I would contact the Westerville, Ohio police department to file a scam claim. He replied letting me know he wasnt trying to scam me and that he would send a replacement for the missing package. Finally, on January 17, 2025, the package arrived. It was not what I had ordered. I asked to send the package back for a refund. He said he would send me shipping instructions. After this, I never heard from him again. This company, along with the other companies that ****** owns, are a complete scam. Little does he know, when he sent the packing slip, it had his home address on it. We will be taking a trip to his house next time we are in ****.

On March 12th, 2023, I placed an order with the Ohio Golf Co. for a custom made Ohio State “Silver Bullet” putter head cover. The total cost of the item, plus tax and shipping, was $161.87.

Several weeks passed after placing the order, and I received an email from the Ohio Golf Co. apologizing for the delay in shipping the item I purchased on 3/12/23. The owner of the company, ****** ***********, noted that his business partner had come down with a significant health issue which slowed down production. As a “thank you” - Ohio Golf Co. offered a $50 discount on another head cover. I had already bought one and it was nice quality - and I wasn’t in a hurry - so I decided to take them up on the offer and bought a Hybrid head cover on May 3rd, 2023. The total amount, plus tax, shipping, and MINUS the $50 discount was $80.63.

The total cost, combined for both orders, is $242.50.

On July 18, 2023 - I received an email from Mr. *********** informing me that I’d receive a refund for both orders because his business partner had a long recovery ahead of him and they couldn’t keep up with the orders.

I received several emails “confirming” that the refunds we made - but they never hit bank account/credit card. I asked them to confirm which card I used - but never heard back from them. I sent MULTIPLE emails asking him to send me a refund, and if needed - write me a check in the amount of $242.50. **** has never responded to a single email that I’ve sent and I believe he is trying to STEAL the $242.50 that I paid for two head covers without issuing a refund - which was promised.

I wonder how many others have experienced the same thing, or have just assumed the refund was made without confirming that it actually was.

On 6/13/23, I ordered an Ohio State blackout mallet putter cover from Ohio Golf Co. from their online store (order#****). I paid $161.87 via credit card ($145 + tax and shipping). At the time of the order, it clearly stated on the website that there was a 4 week lead time on the putters. On 7/24/23, 8/5/23, and 8/22/23, I reached out via email because I never received the putter. I also reached on Facebook messenger and called (had to leave a message). On 8/24/23, I finally received a response (an email) stating my credit card was refunded without any other explanation, however my card was not refunded. I then followed up on 9/7/23 via email, as my card had still not been refunded. No response. I then reached out via social media Facebook messenger on 9/16/23, again inquiring about the refund. No response. I tried calling - no response. I just want to be refunded my money. This company is terrible at ANY type of communication.
