    Went to tri state men's health on 09/23 2024 was showed what they had was interested lady came in and told me how much it would be a month which was 268.00 told her could not afford that. She sad they could get it down under 200.00 a month which i said ok got bill from bank (********* ****) which stated 268.00 a month went back to mens health told them that i could not afford this they said they would take care of it . on 11/15 got txt from tri state which stated the monthly payment was to be 184.00 per month. got bill on 11/24 and said i owe 566.00. they said i would have to talk to bank called bank they said once bill was sent nothing they could and told me i would have to talk to tri stat. i feel that i am getting run around and that neither tri state or the bank wants to do anything. i went in for 4 treatments and quit going do to billing issue would like just to close account and be done with this.I am on fixed income and on credit app they put in i made 3500.00 which i told them i made 2485.00 per month

    Apologies for the delay in getting back with you.  I wanted to connect with the care team at the practice to get additional details.  

    After reviewing the patient record and the process, the patient was made aware of the cost of treatment and chose to work with ********** (a medical finance company) to split the costs monthly.  I’ve attached the documents that were signed by Mr. **** at the time of his initial visit and have confirmed that he has been receiving treatment from us since that visit.  

    That said, we have a standing policy that allows patients to discontinue treatment or alter their care plan at any time and a refund for treatment/medication not received will be given.  We have, at the request of the patient, in October of this year done one such adjustment to his plan where we reduced the treatments provided to reduce his cost.  We’re happy to do that again, but I believe he may have filed this complaint prior to us making the adjustment at his request.  If he would like to discontinue treatment or make another adjustment to his treatment to make it more affordable we will, of course, do that.
