      On 12/28/2022, First Ohio Home Finance Inc. incorrectly pulled an inquiry for my credit report because of my name is somehow identical with other client. Since then (12/28/2022), I got a lot of telemarketing calls from all financial companies. It's annoying since I have to ignore most of the calls from "unknown" numbers but sometime it's legitimate call from my insurance or doctor.
      I called ***** ******* at First Ohio Home Finance Inc and requested him to remove the inquiry from my report and remove my name from telemarketing companies. However, I don't receive any update and result from him. I'm STILL receiving random call from telemarketing regarding home finance.

      Thank you for your email.   We are deeply sorry for this and are working to get the inquire removed.  We also apologize for all the calls and inconvenient interruptions that this has led to for Mr. Pham.


      We contacted Factual Data on January 19th and have continued to follow up.   We are awaiting a response from Factual Data regarding the matter.  I will look to escalate the matter with any available contacts at my disposal.    Please see the email below as well as the attachment documenting the written request to remove the inquiry.

      This request was received and submitted to the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) on 01/23/2023. Equifax has confirmed that there is no inquiry on the consumer’s file. TransUnion and Experian do not provide a response to these requests. We recommend that the consumer contact the CRAs directly to confirm if the inquiry has been removed and/or flipped to a soft inquiry.
