      Very scammy and spammy company. I have received no less than 20 notices marked "This will be our final attempt to contact you". It is a advertisement wrapped in a lie in order to harass you into doing business.

      Received an alarming "FInal Notice" notification today that completely alarmed and upset my (senior) mother. From the "Home Warranty Division" warning of all kinds of dire emergencies that could happen if we allow the home warranty to lapse/expire.
      There IS no home warranty and never has been, not with this company or any other. This document is intimidating and misleading. It is advertising disguised as a cutoff notice.
