    I had to wait a total of four months and 3 weeks before I receive my contacts. After I reached out to my insurance company to see if they were billed and they said not a single claim for any contact order was received or paid by them. The latter was after a total of 17 phone calls made- 11 voicemails left of which 0 were returned, 5 calls were made & as soon as someone answered my call, they immediately hung up on me. After all this, I had made another phone call from another cell phone (making sure the number was unrecognizable) someone answered, allowing me to speak to somebody immediately in which I had to explain to them the difficulty trying to contact someone or even getting a single return phone call from someone regarding my contact order, was going to pursue/file a formal complaint through the Ohio Medical Board if the issue wasn't resolved by the end of week. They told me I was able to pick them up the next business day.

    Glasses ordered 32 business days ago still don’t have. Was told would receive end of week that was 2 weeks ago. Now goes to voicemail when called. Left multiple messages no response.
