    This company has failed to complete the agreed to contract even though these services have been paid in-full. We have reached out to them for several weeks requesting their return to complete or to re-imburse us for payments received but services still incomplete, but there has been no response to phone messages, texts, nor e-mails.They left the project with open utility trenches, pool walls not backfilled, debris lying in the yard for weeks after installing the pool equipment. They finally showed up after three weeks of calls informing them of the hazardous condition they left our yard. They left the Operations and Installation Manuals, Warranty papers, Building Permit and inspection reports outside. We had to go recover them and dry them after a storm came through scattering the documents throughout the yard.To-date they still have yet to provide:1) The credit for not providing the concrete surrounding the pool 2) Training on the pool equipment for proper operation. (this is one item we have not paid for yet but is part of the contract to provide)3) Securing of the pool equipment to the concrete equipment pad.4) Final inspections required by the building permit department.5) The safety cover and installation.6) Arranging a date for the year end closing of the pool.
