      My overall experience with Lifetime Quality was good, they did great work on my roof and it looks beautiful. I did have one issue with getting them to send me marketing material after the work was done. But once Josh stepped in, he took care of that quickly and promptly. I would recommend them at the end of the day.

      From start to finish, Gale Force Roofing and Restoration was excellent. My Project Manager, ************ was on top of the project every step of the way. He responded to every text and phone call and resolved every issue. As for the actual construction, the roofing team was on time and worked carefully and safely all day, then cleaned and restored the site upon completion. Everyone concerned was both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend **** Force Roofing.

      They did a great job on my new roof I recommend them to anyone needing a new roof . They were very professional and did it in less than 2 days and cleaned up everything afterwards . Thank you **** you were the only roofing salesman I talked with that actually told me and showed me that I had a hole in my roof and you offered to plug even if I didn’t take your service !!!!       We contracted with this company after hurricane Ian damaged our roof. We had to wait 14 months to get the tile do to high demand. We were very excited when the tile finally arrived. They took the old ones off and put on the new sheeting underlayment. Got it inspected and all was good. They came and piled all the new tile in the roof. When they did that they tore or slid the underlayment. That weekend it rained continuously for 20 hours inside our house. Reached out to our sales person and sent pictures immediately. Damaged the ceiling in our living room, dinning room, kitchen, master bath, and garage. Also damaged the wood ceiling on our lanai. Our pool bath door won’t open do to water damage and the wood molding around our windows and sliders. We were promised the would make all repairs and fix everything back to original condition. A small amount of work has been done, but definitely not back to original conditions. Trying to spot paint and you can see everywhere they tried to patch the ceiling. This all happened on February 18, 2024, it is now May 11 2024. NOT HAPPY!! Still waiting for a lot of the work to be done, and now they won’t answer our calls, or get back when we leave messages. The roof is on and no leaks! They also promised to clean the paint and grease off our paved driveway that the roofers damaged. Our sales person ****** has been great and has done all he can. Unfortunately has no authority to make the company do the right thing.

      Chris with Lifetime Quality Roofing did an amazing job getting my roof replaced! He worked tirelessly with the insurance adjusters and got me a brand new roof that looks simply amazing. We have received a number of compliments from neighbors passing by! I asked Chris to be here during the install and he made time in his schedule to be here and answer all my questions! Completely satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end.
