      I have been working with Lifetime Quality Roofing and ******************** since February. My Insurance wanted to repair one slope of my roof that would leave me with a two tone roof and concern that to repair a part of my roof would/could disturb the existing shingles and cause additional damage.**** walked me through the entire process, went above and beyond to make sure everything that could be done was. They will be installing my new roof soon and I cant wait!

      This company seems to believe they are special and above following any posted signs of NO SOLICITING or NO TRESPASSING. Zero respect for the property owners when they come right up to the front door and knock at 7pm! Ill tell every single person within earshot not to get an inspection from you and your idiots. Get a clue and stay off my peppery when you see the signs.

      Very happy with Lifetime Quality Roofing! Our reps dealt directly with the insurance company, were very responsive to any questions, and provided updates throughout the entire process. Install crew was here first thing in the morning, and had the job done in a single day. Highly recommend!

      This company has a new contact every time I spoke with them because "*****" no longer worked there. The crew that put my roof on were teenagers, NOT professionals. The shingles I chose were not used. The shingles are placed uneven, some are sticking up on the peaks, they left nails all over my back porch roof to fall in my yard where my kids and pets play. They did send someone to clean up (half) the nails. No one ever came back to check the work issues. Now 2 years later they're sending a "demand" letter for more money, yet still have not sent someone out to check the issues. The initial work was supposed to include the chimney cap which they also didn't do, and then said "we don't do chimney work" after the the man sat in my kitchen and we signed a contract about it, which he did not leave me a copy of. ********

They treated my property with respect, the workers did an outstanding job. Lifetime Quality Roofing team, are amazing, they were there for me every step of the way. I love my new roof.

      Excellent service. A pleasure to deal with **** and his team. They took care of everything that needed to be done. Trust them. Did not have to worry it wouldnt be done as needed. Would recommend to anyone who needed a new roof.
