      I selected Gale Force Roofing & Installation in Jun' 2022 and I was very satisfied with Gale Force Roofing and Restoration. My Sales person 'Josh K' was very knowledgeable, professional, and customer friendly. My new roof looks awesome after the installation. During the installation, the crew worked timely and professionally. They took just 1 day to complete the entire roof restoration, and after the job done they cleaned my driveway and all the sides. I was very satisfied with Gale Force Roofing and Restoration and I highly recommend Gale Force to my friends and family. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Thanks Josh K again.

      I highly recommend Gale Force! My new roof is beautiful! Billy was a pleasure to work with and always readily available to answer any questions. He made what I thought would be a lengthy and complicated insurance claim process simple and easy. The hard working crew was in and out in one day leaving no trace of garbage or nails behind.

      The up-front process went well, but when it came time to install the roof there were some obvious and serious quality issues with the workmanship.When they came out to try to fix the problem, they marked up the new roof even more. The front of the house looks horrible, and now we get a continued runaround trying to get a resolution. You are told you will be given a call on a certain day, and you do not even get the courtesy of a call.I am close to just retaining the remaining insurance money and hiring a quality company, not this outfit, to come fix this roof.

      I would like to give a 5 Star Rating to August Weber! I started off with a different roofing company (who name I won't mention). Let's just say the experience was very unprofessional. With that said, I contacted Gale Force and August showed up! He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and a true blessing. He made the process painless, and I really appreciate him! I would recommend Gale Force if you're looking for a great company to work with! Again thank you August!

      I was very satisfied with Gale Force Roofing and Restoration! I had a total of four quotes from various companies for a roof replacement. Gale Force was the only company who took the time to review all my options! August Weber spent a lot of time with me to explain my options. From start to finish, August explained every aspect of the roof replacement experience! He even worked directly with the insurance company! He communicated with me every step of the way! The end result? My new roof looks AMAZING! I will be contacting them to replace my windows as well! I highly recommend August Weber with Gale Force Roofing! You won't be disappointed!!

      My wife and I chose Gale Force Roofing & Restoration in May, 2022. We received several quotes, but Gale Force stood out the most to us because of quality, cost, time, and customer service! Being new homeowners, and selecting such a lofty home project can be daunting, but luckily Josh K provided excellent customer service. Through walking us step-by-step throughout the entirety of the project and answering any question we may have had, we always knew that Gale Force and Josh K had our best interest at heart. During the installation, the crew worked timely and professionally. The cleanup afterwards, was absolutely excellent, which having children and pets put our family's mind at ease. Our new roof looks fantastic and you can tell a huge quality difference in our roof to others! Overall, we highly recommend Gale Force Roofing & Restoration and Josh K to handle any and all your roofing/housing needs, 5 stars!!!!

      I selected Gale Force Roofing & Installation in late April, 2022, after receiving several quotes to replace my 23-year-old roof because John, my Sales person, was very knowledgeable, professional, and affable. He provided a clear and thorough review of my roofing project needs, and provided several company options for the roof replacement/installation. It would have taken several months to obtain the necessary supplies (Shingles style and color I selected due to the current supply situation). Luckily, in late June, John notified me another roof project with my same shingle color (Amber) had been cancelled, and my new roof was installed within a week. As promised, the 9-person crew showed-up on time and immediately got to work. In 8 hours, I had a beautiful new roof. Byron, the Roofing Crew Supervisor was present at various times during the installation and was easily contacted when I had questions about the installation process. The Crew and installation process was very organized. The Cleanup was very thorough, and since then, I have not found one roofing nail or other garbage on my front lawn or walkway. The Permitting and Inspection went smoothly. Follow-up communications with Byron and John were responded to within a day. I am very pleased with my new roof and the operation of Gale Force Roofing & Installation from start to finish. I have already recommended their business to a friend looking to replace his roof.

      Want to personally thank Mr. August Weber for his professionalism and sincere honesty. Our home was indeed due for a roof replacement and his help throughout the process has been exceptional. The process took a couple of months, no fault of the company, just waiting on materials and permit, but once the materials arrived, the crew came to the home and were done in one day. From installation to clean-up.
