    I have had several repairs on my Older Singer machine. I was offered $500 for my machine from him years ago.
    So my last repair cost $350. I paid it because I’m a senior citizen, and so use to this particular machine. Only to find out it still wasn’t repaired or working. When taken back….he said the parts were no longer available. Would contact me if part ever came available. No contact.
    So dishonest. Will never do business with him again.
    By the way…this WAS a family business. His father was a very honest man. I trusted him to do the work. The son? Not so much. So disappointed.

    I am so very impressed with the service from Buckeye Sewing Machine Repair of my 1978 Sears Kenmore Sewing Machine (it's never had service)!! Tom came out to service my sewing machine on Tuesday & he had to take it with him to repair, because the feed dog assembly was bent, clutch & faceplate had bit the dust - many years of sewing Carhart ripped seams!!) & he had it back to me today (Friday)! It sews like it's brand new!!! I cried when I tried it out myself. The machine was a gift from my hubby in 1978 & my hubby passed 20 years ago. I just kept putting off trying to get it fixed. I want to pass the sewing machine on to our daughter & Tom has accomplished that!!! Hats off to him! Wow!! Also, over 6 years ago (I know the years because my mother-in-law will be gone 5 years in July), Tom repaired her sewing machine for her & she was very pleased. I so highly recommend Buckeye Sewing Machine Repair!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tom & Shelly!! :-) Behind every good man, there9 is a good woman!!;-)
