    11/27/24 I paid my ************ 1.9K, this was to redeem my vehicle that had been towed. Upon paying my credit union and paying the 600 towing expense, I still have yet to recieve my vehicle from this towing company Ascend Recovery. Shady enough is this company is operating under another businesss address - Johnsons Towing and recovery and this guy Ive talked to happens to be the owner and ONLY employee of the company!? The Owner ** ********** tells me he doesnt know when Ill be able to come get my car! And I need to schedule an appointment ok. I called to schedule and he doesnt answer or return calls ever since Ive told him it was paid. Yet Ive paid EVERYTHING so my bank told me to contact him and go retrieve the vehicle same day things were paid its now been 4 days since paying and the Owner is not answering MY calls and
