    This carrier was contracted to ship a vehicle for our customer. The payment terms were COD, cash on delivery. We have a contract that clearly states the payment terms. The car was delivered 6/30/2023 and our customer paid the carrier their agreed upon fee in full. Now the carrier has attempted to collect their fee again from both our company and the customer whom they delivered the vehicle to. They have employed ***** & *****, a collection agency to harass both the customer and my company for another payment. I have emailed the contract to both the collection agency and carrier 4 times and still they refuse to accept the fact that the carrier was paid cash on delivery almost a year ago. We have been harassed continually and will continue to file complaints and customer reviews for both companies. We believe this is a scam perpetrated upon others, watch out!
