    --I went to ClearChoice for a consultation of dental implants on 11/20/2024
    --Decided to do an upper arch treatment for the price of $22,400.00
    --Paid a $1,000.00 deposit via credit card 11/21/2024
    --Wrote a check for the rest $21,400.00 on 12/16/2024
    --Asked a few questions via email on 12/23/2024 about doing the bottom arch too - right after sending the email to Julie H*****, I received a high pressure sales call from her to pay for the bottom immediately
    --So, feeling super pressured, I paid them another $22,400.00 via a $15,000.00 care credit card transaction and $7,400.00 debit card transaction from my ********** bank account
    --Then, I emailed Julie H***** *n 12/26/2024 asking to cancel my treatment and refund me
    --Did not hear anything back from her, so on 01/06/2025 I called the office asking for her and about my refund, they told me she was busy
    --When she finally called me back in the evening on 01/06/2025, she agreed to process a refund, told me they have to go through corporate and may take up to two weeks to process, and told me that I may not receive a full refund because I attended a smile design appointment
    --I sent a follow up email to Julie H***** to ask for the status of my refund and have not received a response yet
    They were very quick and eager to get my money and I cannot get them to answer my emails now.
    I have not received any treatment or service from them - and i have not received any of my payments back yet.
    I would like a full refund of my $44,800.00 asap please
