      I recently assisted a loved one who has a disability and is wheelchair dependent, with transitioning from a nursing home to living back in the community.I met with Tesha on February 27th to see a unit model.I let her know during that I was running into all sorts of barriers searching for housing. Units weren’t wheelchair accessible and hallways being narrow. She informed me that the units were not wheelchair accessible but invited me to still see the unit.When she showed us the model we were pleased with the floor plan. She told me that this unit was already rented out but one that had the same layout would be available March 15th.We were told that rent would be $760, we completed the application. The very next day, I called and spoke with ReAnna, to check the status of the application. ReAnna informed that the unit had been already rented out and another unit wouldn’t be available until March 31st.I was very specific with asking her if the unit was going to be on the 1st floor and if the floor plan was like the one I was shown.ReAnna told me, “yes.” We wanted to move forward and I personally the paid $250 security deposit with the expectation that the unit would be what I was told by two different people. I met with Tesha the following week, she then informed me that rent was $899. I told her that she gave a different number intitially. She said, “well this unit is larger in space, 960 square feet.” Fast forward to lease signing day yesterday, 4/8/25, we were shown the unit and it was totally different from what we saw and what we were told. I informed the Manager, ReAnna that I was very frustrated because I felt deceived, needs were not met! ReAnna was very dismissive, stating, “I’m not sure of the model that you were shown, but this is all I have for now.” Unfortunately, due to an upcoming discharge from the facility he moved forward with signing the lease. People living with chronic disabilities deserve fair housing opportunities without being lied to

      This company fraudulently reported things on my credit in the amount of 2,748 which is saying I missed 3 months which is a lie I was paying to the manager on site In cash because he told me they wouldn’t let me pay online I first moved in the house was terrible and he told me he would fix the house up after realizing that there running a scam from neighbors living there seeing this happening I went to make a report with escrow after this they kicked me out I request all proof and documentation of this Under Section 611 of the FCRA and they won’t contact me back

      I moved into this apartment in April of 2023. In June of 2023 there were inspections being done and the inspector stated how the apartment across the hall was infested with bed bugs, but yet Torie tried to tell me she was not aware of any bed bugs in the building. A few days later, we found a few in our apartment, so we requested a bed bug check. Ashley told me I brought them with me, which it was clear I did not. It took almost a week for my apartment to be checked and when you and Terminix came to look, I did not feel he did a thorough check since he only looked at half the couch and not even under it. When ***** came to do their inspection, he flipped my couch over and looked everywhere. Even on the floor and around picture frames. ***** also stated that the apartment across the hall is infested since bed bugs were coming out of the door and are in the hallway. In between all of this roaches started showing up. The Terminix guy who came to inspect, was the same guy who just treated the apartment below me for a bad roach infestation. He told me it was so bad that he recommended drilling holes in the walls. He also told me that the roaches I am seeing are coming from that apartment. Why would they not disclose this important information to me? When I asked about roaches, Torie told me she was just in the apartment below me and did not see any roaches so she did not know what I was talking about. I do not know why lying is a consistent choice for them. I have been lied to by Ashley and her staff for reasons I cannot understand. It is their company policy to call in work orders and I did that, but nothing is being done. I do not receive updates and many times have to wait a day or 2 before hearing back from them. I understand they are not always in the office, but there are other people who work in the office. I also want to point out that I came to Ashley for help for bed bugs and she told me I was in violation of my lease because of my animals (they are ESAs).
