This business came to work on my neighbors siding. I went over there to tell them to watch where they are throwing the siding since it was in my yard. A piece of my siding was under a bush in my yard and as they were cleaning up they took my piece of a corner siding. I made multiple calls and finally after 3 months I receive a call back from Lee. He told me he is not replacing it have a nice day and hung the phone up on me. From a previous conversation Bridget said that they do not do aluminum siding so they probably couldn't help me out anyway. This company also ran over both of my survey sticks. Broke one. Broke my halloween decorations. When I brought it to their attention he said yeah sometimes that happens. No remorse or apologies. And no regard for my house. All their supplies and her aluminum siding were in my yard. They walked thoughout my whole front yard instead of my neighbors and the workers would stand right underneath my bathroom window.Business Response

There are no receipts because there was no contract on my part with the company nor written material since everything was done over the phone. My neighbor was using them to replace her roof and siding. When the workers came over to replace her roof, they backed over my survey stick along my fence and the one at the front of my yard. I did ask them to put back in the one in the front yard before they left for the day. After they left, I noticed that they broke the one in the front in half. Different workers came back at a later date to replace the siding. I had walked over there to tell them to watch where they are throwing her material because it was going into my yard. After they cleaned up, I noticed that the piece of my corner siding was missing where it was left (under a bush that is my yard). If they had not put all of the debris in my yard like I asked, they should not have mistakenly taken my piece. I had called the company to inform of this. I received a call back from Bridgette(?) and she took down my statement. She did say that since I have metal/ aluminum siding that there was probably nothing they could do to help since they do not work with this type but she will pass the message along. I had to call 3 to 4 more times after this before Lee had returned my call. He was very rude about the situation and tried denying any wrong doing on their part. He had an excuse for whatever I was telling him. He then cut me off stated he was not going to be doing anything to help me out and to have a nice a day then hung up the phone.
Now since this corner piece is missing, the one corner piece above is starting to lift up off the house more and I have an exposed area on the front of my house.
When a gentleman came to clean up debris in my fenced in yard, I did let him know that one of my Halloween decorations where broken by their men and he just said yeah sometimes that happens in Parma. The were placed far enough into my yard that they should not have been broken if you were working on my neighbors house.
Throughout the entire time they were working some of the workers where not just walking on the edge of my yard line, but through my front yard entirely instead of walking around on her property to get to their cars. Which in turn means waking through/ around the decorations,
Also one of the gentlemen doing the siding was standing directly under my windows (as if leaning against my house).

Again we would like to reiterate that this is not a customer of **********. We have not be contracted to perform work for this homeowner.
Our staff has no knowledge of anything damaged or missing from this residence. We do not repair homes with aluminum siding installed. If this homeowner believes they have wind damage as previously stated, we suggest they contact their insurance company .

I never stated anything about wind damage (this is what you keep making up and saying so its your way of getting out of this situation) My piece of siding was there when YOUR workers were doing the siding on my neighbors house. Their neglect and ignorance of putting her materials in MY yard resulted in my siding going missing, even AFTER being told to watch! I have reached out to your company since November when this occurred and finally got a rude telephone call back in January so you have know but did not want want to take accountability on your part. And since you do not do aluminum siding that is why you are not helping in this situation. If it was vinyl would that be a different scenario since you ARE able to replace it since you work with this type of material!? The fact that you did not make a comment on the rest of the complaint shows what company/ person you are, YOU SHOW NO REGARD FOR OTHER PEOPLES PERSONAL PROPERTY. You might not have physically done work on my house but there was damage done on your part in more ways than one but since there was no exchanging of a monetary value I get screwed. With NO apologies and broken and missing items. Your workers should be more mindful when coming on other people's property, if doing work at one address don't come into another AND don't break their property or steal from them. Yes in lamest terms your workers took what was not supposed to leave my property and that is STEALING!

We understand that there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the homeowners expectations. We regret that the situation has escalated to the point where she feels the need to resort to personal attacks and accusations against our company and our crew.
We want to assure her that we had no intention of causing her distress. We apologize that she is upset and feels that we have acted improperly, although our crew disagrees. While we are committed to resolving matters professionally and respectfully, the tone of her communication makes further resolution efforts seem unproductive.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I tried to resolve this respectfully but I received a call and was meet with an unprofessional manager on my first interaction with him. He was the one that started the conversarion with an attitude, was on the defense, disregarding everything I said, then told me he was NOT helping with this matter and hung up the phone on me! If you wanted to help you should have done so when I called to voice my concerns back in November, December and again in January. How can your crew disagree when I verbally spoke to two different ones and physically showed them their wrong doings each time and brought it to the attention of the head leader of the second crew? You've expressed that you don't deal with metal siding and can not help with this matter, but you do work in the siding business. How much can it be to honestly repay me in a monetary value so I can fix a corner piece of siding? (I can get a quote and ask if you'd prefer so we can keep it professional.) You obviously can not bring a piece of your material out to replace what was taken and I am not asking to replace my entire house or section. I am asking the company to fix a wrong doing that was done to my (house) property.

********** has been totally unresponsive to our phone calls, voicemails, emails and text messages. ***** ***** stopped out at our house to see roof damage. ***** got up on our roof, took pictures of the damage, promised to submit the pictures to ***** **** using our claim number, and most important expressed his interest in working with us. ***** **** says that they did not receive any communication or pictures from ***** or ********** regarding our claim #. That was in August of 2023. Since then, ***** has failed to return all of our phone calls, emails, and text messages despite reaching out to him countless times. So then we started calling the ********** main office and the person answering those phone calls said that she would get the message to *****. We left multiple messages for ***** this way. ***** still does not return our messages. We even sent an email to **********' general email inbox: [email protected], and still we have heard nothing back.
When ***** stopped out in August, he took his time, seemed really knowledgeable and expressed a genuine interest in working with us. This lack of communication has been going on for several months and I have no clue what is going on.Business Response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. After reviewing the information and checking our records we found that we did in fact drop the ball on the communication with homeowner. We have since contacted him and are back on track with submitting the information to his insurance carrier. We will then be waiting for a response from the carrier as to whether or not this roof will be approved for replacement. Thank you again.
