  Last fall we felt very confident in hiring this company to build our MIL addition. Everything seemed to start smoothly, but March came and no one has been back to finish. The crawl space, footer and foundation were completed. The framing along with the sheeting and roof were done for the most part, but windows or siding was not and so everything exposed to the elements since March. . Electrical, plumbing and heating were ran, but nothing completed. Its been very challenging to get a response from anyone as to what s going on. We are aware that the owner has serious health issues, but SOMEONE needs to be appointed to handle messaging clients to keep everyone in the loop rather than silence. We are extremely concerned that our project will not be completed and we will be out the money weve paid.

  Starting out I thought the owner **** ******** was a really great guy who cared about his customers and had phenomenal communication. All of the signs pointed that way. A+ on bbb, good google reviews, a couple Facebook references. Given that he got a sizable deposit put down for a barn and has yet to do anything in over 3 months, I can say that I truly hope that you look for another contractor. His reviews are falsely inflated by his employees, he keeps citing “medical issues” as to why he can’t communicate, despite having a so called “legal department” who cannot reply. None of his employees will answer the phone, email, ect **** ****** ***** ******** **** ******* **** ********, or their so called “legal department”. I have contacted ******* who they were supposed to order the steel from as well as the steel company that ******* uses and they haven’t seen any orders for my barn come through. Not to mention he initially started work on my property without a permit,, and left my property a safety hazard, while destroying property. There has been one sided communication from his “legal department” where they keep claiming that I will receive an update within 24 hours. One email about 2 weeks ago, and a week ago. Radio silence since. After researching him a little deeper, people are coming out on Facebook siting similar stories and situations where they have been robbed by this contractor. Also just a warning he owns a roofing company named roofline and I would avoid them as well, people have had similar issues as well. If I could rate 0 stars I would. If anyone has any questions or if Riverbend would like to finally communicate with more than scapegoat emails, I would welcome the opportunity.

  Riverbend Contractors was absolutely amazing to work with!! The owner who came out to do the initial estimate for our deck replacement was very personable - as well as knowledgeable in sharing some great ideas and guiding us in the overall process. The work was completed on time and the worker who took the lead was very professional and precise. We will for sure use Riverbend Contractors for future projects! =)

  I had Jennings remodeling update my 3 season sunroom and make it a 4 season room. He offered up options that were much better than what we were considering. Cody was prompt and very accommodating of our time. The room came out better than we could have ever imagined it could. I would (and do) recommend him to anyone in the area wanting work done.

  It is always an absolute pleasure working with Jennings Remodeling. There is no project too large or too small that isn't taken on with enthusiasm. Jennings Remodeling has done an amazing job with our office remodel, as well as taking on repairs and installations that others botched previously. They'll even listen to my asinine ideas and give honest feedback.
