      We recently re-carpeted our entire upper level with Rite Rug in ***** Center, OH. From start to finish, it was a good experience and the process moved quickly to meet our ambitious timeline -- as we were hosting a big birthday bash at our home. The installers were great, however, they disassembled our Sleep Number bed (to move it) and unfortunately, threw if offline due to their attempt to put it back together. We ended up incurring a small charge to have the Sleep Number technicians come to our home to fix the issue. We then contacted the corporate office to notify them of the issue and resulting fees. *************************** quickly sprang into action to understand the situation and find a resolve. Thankfully, we were reimbursed and we're so appreciative of Rite Rug's guarantee and ensuring our satisfaction.****************

      I am very happy with my experience with Rite Rug. We had luxury vinyl flooring installed throughout the first floor as well as a hallway and bathroom on the second floor. Being a recent retiree as a corporate Director of Purchasing after a 40 year career in purchasing, I followed the same protocol in selecting a vendor as I did in my professional life. This meant researching reviews. Getting price quotations from various potential vendors and reviewing their customer satisfaction reviews as well as their policies regarding customer complaints.Through this process, I decided Rite Rug was my choice for this project. The job went.well, the installation was.done.on time. There was one problem in that the bathtub was nicked with a radial grinder which removed a 1 inch long strip of porcelain from the tub I filed a complaint with Rite Rug and was assigned a.contact for this claim. Her name is ***********************. ****** did an excellent job in following my claim and making.sure the repair was done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the finished results.

      We had recently carpeted our stairs. A new pup chewed up the carpeting on one step. *************************** was able to help me out with a repair. She answered me immediately and was very helpful.

      Floor replacement under warranty - Requested supervised install, *********************** was a no show. Installers had wrong flooring. I called ***************************** about it. I didnt hear anything from Rite Rug so about a week later I followed up with ****. Who accused me of refusing an install and pointing fingers about the flooring being wrong. Said she ordered the correct floor and I must have faded floors with whatever cleaning products I used. Now they wont return my calls to replace my floor thats coming up.

      Worked with ************************* who ensured that all of my concerns with flooring repair were met. ******* was consistent and followed up with me until all repairs were completed. She was professional and adamant that my needs would be met. Good job and will continue to work with ******** in the future ******

      The tech *** was wonderful and very personable, made quick work of the issue and assured me that if I had any further problems that I could call back and request him. He was very apologetic when I conveyed the rudeness I encountered when I placed the service order. The so-called **************** rep, however, was another story. I don't know if ******** was having a bad day or what, but when I called to report the problem she was incredibly short with me to the point of being rude! She made a very snotty point to stress to me that while I needed to be available for the entire day, from 8AM-5PM, that NO repairs would be made the day the technician came out to assess the problem, HE WAS ONLY COMING OUT TO DIAGNOS AND ASSESS IF THERE ACTUALLY WAS AN ISSUE. I had to laugh when *** came out and DID actually make the necessary repairs THAT DAY! I highly recommend ***, ******** not so much.
