On February 25th my husband went in to have a remote key made for our car. After the guy finished making the key he then proceeds to put the key in the ignition. Instead of turning the steering wheel to unlock it he forces the key. When it still won’t turn he takes the key out and puts our valet key in and does the same thing except this time he takes a wrench to the key ruining the valet key and breaking the ignition. He doesn’t tell my husband anything is wrong until after he is almost done fixing the ignition. He then proceeds to charge $322 vs the $165 that was agreed upon and said the ignition was broke before we ever got there. Anyone who has ever drove a car knows the car wouldn’t have been able to get there with a broken ignition. He needed to unlock the steering wheel not break my ignition and valet key. On top of it the key he made is junk. We have had to take it apart several times to get it to be fixed again. He refuses to give us our money back so we may have to sue. Do not use unless you want your items snapped cracked and broke. Boy did he live up to his name.

Dishonest company. I was quoted $150 to change 3 deadbolt locks. $75 for the travel and $25 for each lock. I ended up being charged $250 to change 3 locks.
