    I placed an order on Monday, 8/9/22 at 9pm at the subway at 3912 E. Broad Street in Columbus Ohio. They were out of meatballs so I told the store to cancel my order. They said they could not and to contact customer care. I submitted 3-4 request forms and finally got a response Thursday, the 11th apologizing - that is it. They did not return my money. No one has been in contact with me except for the apology email I received yesterday. Subway did not tell me I would get my money back, give me a day it would be back in my account or anything. It is now Friday and I have yet to hear from them again. They have stolen from me and there is no phone number to call and talk to someone. They are strictly online only.

    BBB made a courtesy call to business and spoke to the manager, who said the owner has already taken care of this complaint and consumer was refunded.
