    ************************ seems to be ok, Office staff/insurance-Billing portion of your visit not so good. For working in the medical field so long not sure why a Patient has to do most of the work to getting visits to be billed to insurance and to make sure that all the office visits are billed including all the modalities, etc. Be on the watch and make sure if you have insurance they bill your visits each one no matter what! Just because you cant understand the other end of the call with insurance, do you not take the time and bill the visit to see if anything or all is covered - just takes a little bit of extra time. But when your looking for cash and for the people that don't understand insurance, the office would be making money for the insurance of course doesnt pay as much as there cash patients. Seems like the office people were nice except for one that doesn't work well with people that also are in the know. The Dr. is either in the know or doesn't care that people have insurance but are being told they need to pay cash, if not then need new office help to not get into trouble with not using insurance when patience have insurance.
