Purchased a used 2022 **** F150 XLT with less than ***** miles on it. The buying experience was not good even though the young sales guy seemed genuine. My complaint is that even though the sticker said it came with two key FOB's for the vehicle, and I did get the second one after the purchase was complete, It didn't work. I texted them that it didn't work so they said to put a battery in it which I already did. So in the end I paid over $40000 cash for a vehicle that they now tell me that I have to purchase a new one from their parts department and they won't cover any of it. I even said I would buy the part if they would cover the programming. They said sorry. BTW I have all of this on text as well. So yes it came with two key FOBS but having to work is not part of the wording. Do I have to leave a star at all? They could have made this experience much better but this is how the whole experience was from start to end. Just Sad!

The key fob and communication network is covered by the clients Bumper to Bumper warranty until 36000 miles or 3 years old. We have explained this to the client also. He just needs to make an appointment for service. We only advised him to check the battery first.

We purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer late Sept/Oct & our 1st problem began in Dec w/heater core going out. Used car manager/dealer took our vehicle in & gave loaner from Dec-Feb time frame & little communication between my husband which is main person on loan but would text me working on it & at one point offered us options for extended warranties & we said we would like to have them explained & we would consider them NEVER spoke or confirmed anything about a warranty again. Vehicle finally returned to my home in Feb & was spoken and screamed at in my driveway as the dealer was telling me what they had to do to fix my vehicle so I walked into my home to remove myself from situation. Husband came home later from work & read paper work that was handed in sealed envelope when I was screamed at. Paperwork consisted of fraudulent dates and a new warranty loan fraudulently signed w/husbands name & dates that weren’t even when serviced. So they took it upon themselves to sign us up for an extended warranty they picked without discussing with us. After thought and advice we counted it as a blessing & let it go but now we are dealing w/ having several major power train warranty repairs
    *heater core replaced
    *rear end replaced
    *recall on transmission work
    *transmission repair
    *drive shaft replaced
    *highpressure fuel pump replaced
6/3/23 I was advised it was safe to drive while waiting for parts to come in b/c had to order all new parts through a different Ford store from purchase & on 6/4/23 my vehicle started malfunctioning/shut off on its own at stop sign just before entering a MAJOR highway. I was frightened and thankful I was ok, had vehicle towed to Ford store where they told me it was safe to drive & obviously was NOT. Resolution we would like Steve Rodgers to buy back vehicle or trade for equal value from original purchase price. This experience has caused major stress & worry & no vehicle to have for work and family daily events.

We have reviewed the clients sales file and there is nothing to suggest that something was fraudulently signed for or instituted without the client's knowledge. We offered to cancel the warranty with no expense to the client and they refused and in her own words, "After thought and advice we counted it as a blessing". We haven't heard a word from the client since December after clearly explaining to the client that there is a new recall on the vehicle that may be the cause of most of the issues. We never heard back from them and as of today the recall is still showing unresolved.
