    On June 13, 2022, I entered into contract with ****** ****** dba Signature Roofing, LLC for a 30x30 Pole Barn with 18" Rat Wall around the perimeter of the Barn, 4" 6 bag mix with fiber concrete floor with smooth finish, in the amount of $ 26,860.00. Price included all labor, material, insurance and job related clean up. Furnish a 35 year no leak warranty.
    Over the course of June 13, 22- July 10, 23, I've paid for all permits, ( $736.80), received the Barn kit materials, graded sod, sand & stone, pole holes dug and 7 out of 18 poles erected. I have not seen or had any contact with ****** ****** since July 13, 2023 (text). It's now February 20, 2024 and I am still without a fulfilled contract and no contact.
    Rotting rusting and warped material laying on the ground. I have been taken, scammed out of $21,765.00.

    3/21/24:  ***** gave me $17,500 to purchase materials and begin the $26,860 project.  Approximately $14,500 was spent on the Barn Kit package purchased from Menard's.  All of the material was shipped to the *****'s property.  I regraded the soil, dug the holes and set the concrete.  I told ***** I would need the balance of the money paid in full in order to complete it.  ***** told me she had spent the money.  I told her once she had the money to give me a call and I'd be back out to complete the job.  ***** never called to tell me she had the money.  I do not owe ***** any money or additional work for the money I received.
