    Hello - my husband and I have had our lawn tractor serviced by you for 10 years. It is loyal customers like us that helped you establish and grow your business. Our most recent experience was very poor. After paying over $600 for maintenance and repairs our tractor is out of service again. The belt that my husband insisted you replace lasted less than 4 weeks until it shredded!! We contacted your business again and the response was rude and indifferent. We were able to find a service man that came to our home - the belt shredded because the tractor needs 2 new pulleys - the cost for parts only will run us over $500. I guess the little people are no longer of any use to you - seems you have become too important to be bothered by customers like us - shame on you.
