    To whom it may concern My name is ******* ******* and I contacted Stanley Steemer to clean my dryer vent duct. My appointment was for September 21, 2024 (they were one hour late). Once the service was completed, I started my clothes dryer and went outside to check to ensure the vent was okay. I found the cap to the outside vent was not put back on. I contacted Stanley Steemer and requested help because I was scared that an outside animal would come inside my home. I was told a manager would contact me within 3-4 days. I expressed my concerns (no one cared about the problems). A manager called me within 3 days and said she would send a manager to look at the vent. Managers Kyle & Grant came out, and they said the vent was broken, which is the reason (Keith and Alan) did not replace the vent when they finished the job. Keith and Alan could have said they had broken the vent, but they left and said nothing. Managers Kyle & Grant checked the truck to see if they had a vent (no vent was on it). Instead of going to purchase a vent, they place a screw in the vent (Photo enclosed). The vent popped off once I started the dryer. I called the company, and again, I was told 3 days before a manager would call me. I could not wait that many days. I hired another company to replace the vent (invoice enclosed). Stanley Steemer called after 3 days, and I requested a refund for the services rendered because I had to pay more money. THEY REFUSED TO OFFER ME ANYTHING!!!!!!!
