  When my neighbor sold his property a survey team came out for the bank and did a survey. When they spayed the pins they got a lot of over-spray on my lawn roller. After several months of trying to find out who ordered the survey and then who did the survey I was able to talk to the company that did the only survey. After talking to the first person who was very nice I was called by a female who said she was part owner. She told me that she was 100% sure they did not do it. She said normally the crew doesn't carry paint on that type of survey. Then said there was 2 teams there that day because they were training a team. I asked if one of the new hires may have did it by mistake and the owner was kinda snotty and said that she did her research (in a matter of 30 minutes) and she can say for sure they would not have done it. That they are very professional and don't make mistakes. This is no way to handle the situation as she no way can be 100%sure since she was not there. Of an employee did do it by mistake I can see why they would say they didn't as she seemed to be a horrible person to work for. All that was needed was a "so sorry" but couldn't even get that. I saw in other reviews that they didn't follow policy while doing their job, when I mentioned that to the owner she pretty much called those reviews false. It seems they will not admit to mistakes. Mistakes happen, the workers are human. I will be sure to never use or suggest this company.

Significant conversations were had around your phone call, and although in this instance, we are confident that the paint mentioned did not belong to or come from one of our crew members, it did afford us the opportunity to discuss amongst the team and confirm best practices, which we still believe to have been upheld in this situation. We certainly are capable of error, and pride ourselves on communicating and coming to a resolution with our clients when they occur. We understand the frustration of the situation, and hope you are able to find the resolution you are seeking from the appropriate party.

  Thank you for replying although you still are trying to put the unfortunate situation on someone else. I am very confident it was one of your workers who made the mistake. I spoke to all parties involved and your business is the only survey that was done. I saw the surveyors in that area on my Ring camera. There was never anyone else near that area. Process of elimination being it wasn't me leaves it to be your company.
