    Started my hardwood install and just quit halfway into it. The one guy quotes it and then the young guy installs it. Starts around 9:30, lunch at 11:30, then done by 3ish. Never work Saturdays. They are very slow and did not communicate well at all. I had to call someone else to come finish the job as all my stuff was put away, covered in plastic and ready to go. I had to get all this ready while dealing with a dying dog. I did not need this added stress. Very unprofessional. They actually did me a favor because both other quotes I got were less then what they were charging me. And my new guybsaid they charged me too much for materials. Buyer Beware!!!!!

    On April 20, 2021, I had Mr. M****** company install Vinyl Plank Click Install tile in my kitchen because the previous tile had bowed. His brother-in-law did the work. He had to tear out the old tile which was 3 layers of tile. One of the problems that I had with the install was the man that did the work tore up my kitchen molding. And, it was not offered to replace or repair the molding around the kitchen floor. I had to sand and repaint the molding. It took a year for myself to find the energy to do this project. Recently on October 17, 2022 in front of the kitchen refrigerator, the tile pulled apart. I called Tradesman Custom Flooring to schedule a repair. Rob said that he was driving, and to text this number with my information and he would return my call to schedule the repair. Well, he never did. Later in the week, I tried again. Still no luck. I am having a hard time finding a tile repair man. It is a shame to do work, but not come back and repair your work if it needs a repair.
