    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.




    Company scheduled repairs on June 9 to be completed on June
    12 2023. Company did not come on June 12 as it rained, and company never responded
    to communications from customer since June 9. Company chose to walk away from
    their responsibility to repair and complete job. I never paid remaining balance
    because job was never completed. Company acknowledges flaws in their second
    response to BBB complaint, saying that surface flaws are common in their work.
    Concrete was removed on July 22 after no communication from company since June
    9, including registered letter received by company on July 3 2023.

     er delivered and signed for on July 3, 2023. Certified letter requested STCM to removed concrete. Concrete was removed on July 22, 2023 at my expense of $2200 by a different contractor.

    Concrete will have imperfections. That's the nature of it. Choosing to have a stamped walk way removed due to that is the homeowners choice. The full service was not paid for. We will not be issuing a refund.
