  I bought my house 30 years ago and it had been abandoned for a while before that. The plumbing was unusable. We had a family member fix everything on a budget. I have spent the last thirty years crossing my fingers that it would hold together. When I caller Wyatt, the guy replaced nearly everything. Including the toilet. He got it all done in one 12-hour day. I am happy with the work he did. He had to snake some tree roots out of the main drain and suggested we have his coworker come out and run a camera through it. The next day a guy came out and ran the camera down. He then told us we needed a new sewer for tens of thousands of dollars. But I saw what he saw on the camera and the sewer pipe is intact, it just has roots coming in. I went out and bought a snake of my own that I can use once or twice a year and save myself the cost of a new sewer.

  We just had a terrible and incredibly stressful experience with WyattWorks. We have heard all their commercials on 95.5 the fish radio, so we called them to deal with our drain blockage last Sunday. The technician came out Monday morning. Firstly, we were quoted $1100 to snake and put a camera down our drain. Then the technician decided NOT to go through the clean-out drain, but to snake the drain in the floor under the utility sink, which has a trap. Then the snake broke and could not be retrieved from our pipes. At that point, we were quoted $4500 to $8700 to come back the next day, tear out our concrete floor, and replace the drain (and retrieve the snake, which he said broke because our blockage was so bad.) We called to file an insurance claim, and the adjuster suggested we get a second opinion. I then called our local plumber who has fixed our blockages previously, and he came out yesterday, ran a camera through the cleanout, saw the tree roots that were causing the problem, snaked and jetted, and our water was flowing again. Same treatment done 5 and 8 years ago with no issues. It cost me $525. THANK GOD we got the 2nd opinion. The plumber that fixed the clog said it was "asinine" to snake through the floor drain that has a trap.
  I see a lot of excellent reviews here, so maybe it was this particular tech that reflected poorly on the company - maybe he was new. This was our first time calling WyattWorks, and we will not use them again based on this experience. Even if the tech had successfully fixed the problem Monday, it would have cost more than twice as much as we ended up paying.

  I give 5+ stars to WyattWorks. Everything from scheduling an appointment and the fast response time, to the technicians who came out to fix our problem was professional. Dan the drain expert fixed our problem faster than we could have hoped for. We will definitely keep WyattWorks at the top of our list for any future work.
