    I placed a order through the Crumbl app. It was a 4 pack. I wrote a review on Google review of the location in Willoughby (where my cookies came from). I stated the buttercake i ordered was hard and i couldn't eat it. I received a comment from the owner stating to reach out to customer service. I reached out to them and they said it's nothing they can do for me because I didn't have a photo. Why would I take a photo of a disgusting and hard buttercake. I provided the receipt that should've been enough. But no, nothing could be done. I'm not asking for a refund of my full order. But maybe even a fresh butter cake or just a credit for the buttercake.
