I paid patchmaster 2400 dollars to mud sand and tape my whole upstairs. I was told it would be done in 4 days we are on day 5 and the owner Joe has said the job is complete cause he wasted all my money. The upstairs is no where close to being done. He refuses to come loom at the work.

Response taken over the phone by BBB staff MN

Business has advised the job is complete.  Quote was done per pictures the customer provided.  Pictures did not include the whole scope or work wanted.  Business advised the customer if the additional work was wanted there would be an additional charge.  Completed the work from pictures and quote.  The customer has refused to pay for additional work.  Business has offered to come back out and perform additional work and advised customer there would be an additional cost and customer has declined.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I sent Joseph from patchmaster pictures of my entire upstairs that needed to be finished. He agreed to tape mud and sand the entire thing. I have text messages of our entire conversation(photos included). Joe stole 2400 dollars from me and I want it all refunded. I have previously and now added new photos of what the job looks like and it's not done. Joe told me its all ready to be painted. This is all a lie on his part. I have reached out to the ceo of patchmasters and im waiting for a response. This will only be closed when I receive a total refund of $2400. I will also be getting an attorney and taking this further.

    Regards,
