    We bought furniture and have had several questions and an issue. Once you buy from this company you can’t ask the sales team to help you. You can ask only the office which is only open Monday through Friday 10 to 4pm. I work during those hours and can’t call. We have a quality issue with the couch and the salesman. Wayne refuses to help. I have to call the office. I have to wait till I have a vacation day for this. This is horrible customer service

    Our office is open 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday 

    and it is true that the salesmen generally do not handle service issues. We 

    handle them in our office but we would be more than willing to contact this customer at her convenience 

    at any time during the day or the evening. Our service policy is very simple. We only have to know what 

    is going on with the furniture then we contact our service department and they call the customer in about 

    3-5 days to set up a time to come out to the customers home at her convenience. We do not have any 

    trouble servicing our customers. We have been doing so for 62 years, quite successfully . I suggest Mrs ****

    contact our store by email and let me know when is the best time to call her or we can handle the service issue 

    completely by email, at her convenience.

      They didn’t provide an email to respond to in their response to the BBB.  I am more than happy to email them and would have if I was given this option previously by the sales team.  Additionally, I have called Sheraton three times after 4pm and before 5pm, when I get off work, and all three times I was told the office was closed so there is misinformation somewhere.  Please ask them to send their email.
