    My boyfriend and I went back in Feb/March to buy a Jeep from them. After returning it to them TWICE to have all these things repaired and them having the vehicle for 31 DAYS TO FIX AT AN UNDISCLOSED LOCATION THEY WOULDN'T TELL US, the things that they "supposedly" repaired are going bad, including the motor. They did not disclose to us that the vehicle had been in a major accident as, there is bondo all over the car.
    The warranty company he had bought one from through NEO Classics will not fix the repairs that NEO Classics has touched. Also, a lot of things are not covered under the warranty, regardless of what level of warranty he bought.
    The owner contacted me about a week ago, after I left a nasty review on Google. Saying he would fix this and said he had a personal rep from the warranty company. AFTER PULLING TEETH TO GET THE REP'S CONTACT INFO, we talked to the rep and he said he didn't know why NEO Classics would promise the issues to get fixed.
    My boyfriend is having the Jeep inspected again by a good mechanic and the mechanic thinks we should outright sue them for not disclosing everything.
    I am just warning everyone out there that yes, they do sell death traps. They say they have a "master mechanic", but obviously not a good one at all and they obviously do not even check their vehicles before they sell them to people. So please have your children in mind and steer clear of this place. Their cars are very dangerous! My boyfriend is very scared to drive his vehicle.
