    On 5/6/24. I entered this location at 715pm-720. I come to this Laundromat often using the 12.50 washer and the high quality of the washers due to having a large family and being a voluntary caregiver of a retired 30 year VA intensive care registered nurse who has grown to be incontinent . When I proceeded to wash I was stopped by an employee who said that the last was is at 645, but there is a sign above the washers I always use, stating 830 (which is why I came in at that time)last wash no sign stating 645. Along sign with 3-4 different times of last wash.The employee called the manager who I met today 5/7 stating her name was Jessica who said no she wont't reimburse me for my inconvenience and having to leave with wet clothes. And it doesn't matter that I'm a customer and that she has 3-4 different times of last wash in her establishment. Which I feel inconveniences a community of residents in the area. I met her today 5/7 in the physical (********* ******* to try again for my inconvenience she proceeded to rudely say no immaturly and push by me with a rolling laundry basket without saying excuse me. I left things alone at that point and rewashed the nurses clothes and dry others. I simply want my reimbursement and for signs to change accordingly. For convenience of new customers and regular.
