      they were hired to fix my ice maker. they charged me $526 for a part that was the wrong part and it didnt fix the ice maker and i paid it. then the came out and replaced a part that wasnt broken thinking this would fix the problem but it didnt. and they charged me another $198.00 which i refused to pay.
      i contacted another company that actually fixed the ice maker, and they told me the part Mr. Appliance installed was for an ice make with 2 plugs. my ice maker had only 1 plug.

      We admit that sometimes we make a mistake diagnosing an issue or as in this case mistakenly order an incorrect part. We always try to take care of our customer. After verification that our technician mistakenly installed the incorrect ice maker, the customer was given a full refund.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They did refund the full amount; it was credited to my account on Friday.

      Refrigerator stopped cooling called Mr Appliance set appointment they arrived said the freezer door gasket was bad and needed to order a “********* gasket”and return to steam defrost the inside that had frozen over due to the gasket not sealing and install the new gasket work was completed a few days later i was instructed not to open the freezer door for a few hours to let the gasket form door wasn’t touched the next day I opened the upper door and noticed a gap in the freezer door new seal I called had to leave a message the next day the owner “B***” called I explained the situation and asked if he personally would come out to look at it as he is also the lead field technician he said NO it wasn’t fair to his tech so they sent the original tech back out he steamed the gasket I asked if he could get another gasket and send this one back as it may be defective he refused and then left the next day I looked and the gasket still had the same gap and I noticed a spot of ice formed on the top of the freezer door this is exactly the original problem I started out with I then called again and again had to leave a message 2 separate times a day apart and have received no response at this point I would just like to receive my money back so I can start this whole process over and get the refrigerator fixed the Conway and have a properly working unit also I would like to add this work is backed by a 1 year warranty parts and labor but I’m getting ignored on every request I have made I need a resolution as soon as possible as I have already lost all of the food items in the refrigerator and am at risk of having all this happen again I am not happy with their services AT ALL! I also would like to add I made a mistake I filed a claim before this but I had entered the wrong information address phone ect this is the correct info this time I apologize for that sincerely ****** ****
