After getting an astronomical estimate from another company in Pa to repair a broken spring and damaged vertical track; I thought- why not try another company. I contacted Wayne Door Sales in Ohio, hoping they worked in the tri-state area, and they did!
One the initial call I explained what was damaged to a very pleasant lady Jeanie. She asked that I take a send a few photos so they could access the damage. I was shocked when she called back within 10 minutes and said they could have someone out the same afternoon. I agreed and was told someone would contact me before driving out. In less than 5 minutes I was contacted by a repair person who said they were on their way and would be here in 30 minutes.
Andrew who fixed my doors was more than just a labor, he is an extremely knowledgeable technician . This young gentleman explained everything he would be doing in detail. I had a broken piece that was not noticed until the cables were taken off. Andrew gave me another updated option that would work--AND save me over 100$.
I watched in amazement as this young man took total control of my situation and resolved the door's issues. He was also very personable, which is so much appreciated.
Honest, fair prices, very fast service, and efficient!!!! When I replace the doors in the future I will most definitely hire this company. **I also like the fact they have been in business 70 years. You do not stay in business that long unless you are good!!
