    I had a problem with my dishwasher with horrible oder and called Wooster Appliance Center which they sent out a technician (****) the first thing the next morning. When I had called I had ordered a new filter but upon arrival not only was my filter shot but also my plastic screen that was totally plugged with calcium, lime and black mold. The following morning **** should up and replaced both parts. I mentioned to **** that my refrigerator was making a noise and asked him to look at it which he did. After getting my approval he replaced the refrigerator part promptly. There was only one service charge total for two jobs. Prices are very good ?? in Wooster. Service is very professional, courteous and neat. My next door neighbor saw the work being done and was already inquiring about future sales and or service. You don't get this kind of service anywhere in Wooster that I have experienced. Sincerely, *****
