    Ran me off the road unprovoked. The rating would be 0 stars if possible. Their silver **** truck, clearly labeled with the license plate HKS and decals to match, raced to cut a zipper merge line, running me straight off the road in the process. There was not even close to enough room for any car to slip in front of me safely, and the flow of traffic was 55 mph in a posted 50 mph zone. If he just cut the line, sure its a rude and discourteous move, but its a free country. Conduct yourself and your business in whatever dirty way you please. But running someone off the road is never acceptable- especially as a self-proclaimed leader in the community. Absolutely disgusting way to conduct oneself, ESPECIALLY as a representative of ones business. *** will never see my business. Hopefully my review is seen and heard before it is removed by the business owner.

    This was the first time I have dealt with getting a new roof on a house and the experience I had couldn't have been better or more stress free. Our person of contact throughout the process was ******* and he couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with and speak with. ******* is the kind of salesperson you WANT to deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and not at all pushy. We had just moved into a new home in a quiet subdivision. We knew our roof was going to need redone in the next few years.There was another house in the same subdivision getting its roof redone. ******* came to our house and asked if we would like a free quote because he could tell that our roof was a bit rough was the next day we had an emailed quote that contained details of what he found such as soft spots and suspected rot. The quote also contained all the materials to be used for research. I'm the kind of person that expects to be nickeled and dimed so I asked, what could happen that would increase this quote and I was assured what is quoted is what is charged - and that was true, even with a few surprises that they weren't expecting when they started!******* showed me before and after pictures of their work. He explained to me details of the roof that he believed were incorrect and what they did to correct them. The best part for me with this experience was the pricing. They have a guarantee that they can beat any price and in my case they didn't have to, they already had the lowest price with quality materials. Researching the materials in the quote ensures you will have a roof built with quality. Since I had just bought a new house my line of credit wasn't in the best position to add in more. ******* and his team were dedicated to helping me get the financing I needed to make this project happen at a price that made sense. I am incredibly happy with the new roof, the price and the process and they got the roof completely done in a single day! A+++
