      We had our house done by this company and its been a nightmare the work is not done correctly have many issues with brand new siding cracked not put on correctly greasy finger prints that will not come off nails in siding visible wires hanging not put back on my home right sofit an moldings not put up correctly..owner is a Narcissist.. ive dealt with man going on a year and he is a very good scam artist

      This is an interesting complaint as we installed the siding back in November. The homeowner was supposed to pay their out of pocket money of $4000 for the soffit and fascia at this time and they did not. We were also waiting on windows to come in for which the homeowner was to pay an additional $2000. This finished up back on 2-25-23. At this time we asked for the $6000 out of pocket and they did not give it to us yet as they said they were waiting on their mortgage company to release all the funds from the insurance claim as well. Which was an additional $6,363.00.

      We have never been told about any of these items in the photographs as it look like they have a few minor punch-out (touch up) issues with some trim on the siding. They mentioned some fingerprints back in November and I told my guys to take care of it. I had not heard about any other issue with it till now. My crew leader for the siding crew is the one that put in the windows and also the guys that installed the siding capped the new windows when they were installed back in February. At this time, it sounded like the homeowner were happy, so we have recently sent out the billing showing that $12,363.00 is now owed. 

      I have asked to meet with them several times since the work has been complete and they have not obliged yet. 

      I will now request a meeting with them to go over these things in the photographs. I do know that the wires they are talking about are for their motion lights and the motion lights have been installed, so I am thinking this is resolved. 

      I have never once received a phone call or a text about any of these issues contained in this complaint over the last month since the windows were installed.
