- Cancellation by client: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will
be forfeited. However, if the client desires to reschedule the service, said
services can be rescheduled for a future trip. Said future trip cannot exceed 1 year and a $35.00 administration fee
will be applied to any said rescheduled trip. Please note rescheduling any trip
is subject to the availability of the limousine/bus. Client must provide King Alex Limousine a minimum of 75 days
notice to accommodate the rescheduling of any trips. Any cancellation done
within thirty (30) days of the run will be charged the full rate if King Alex
Limousine is unable to book another run or event.
Cancellation by King Alex Limousine for any reason will result in the client being
given a refund. The client also has an option of having the payment or deposit
applied to a future reservation. King Alex Limousine reserves the right to
subcontract the complete or remaining portion of the trip to an alternate
carrier or substitute vehicles to complete the job. - Business Categories
