    Called some Fence installer and repair companies, which I got off BBB. Well Armour Fence came, and I agreed to the price, so I cancelled he others I was seeking an estimate. On June 11rh, he told mergeybwere 4 weeks out. Well I kept in communication with the company, the whole town. And the guy came out, and mark the gas line. He did say they were running behind, and then stop communicating. And the fact I trusted this BBB company to do their part on this quote /contrract.

    We do not service the complainant's area for many reasons. The salesman who sold this job is no longer with the company due to falsified contracts and contracts that are out of our service range. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused the complainant. I am not able to honor the complainant's contract as it was not bid correctly and we do not service that area.

    I am rejecting this response because: ***** is the one that did the estimate, and the one I was in contact with. Plus I had submitted where they mark my gas line, to repair my fence. AND ***** IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. So how did the owner get fired?

    Armor Fence no longer services this area. We tried to execute all contracts before we quit servicing this area. Unfortunately, there was an issue with getting this jobs utilities marked.(locked gate) We made a good faith attempt to satisfy the contract and was denied.

    He did not make no effort to do the job, that’s still not done. I came to BBB, so I could get an accredited business. Which has been a nightmare. The fact he’s lying about its not his company, and the fact he said he tried to satisfy the job. Which is all lies. My backyard, is still marked with the flags for the gasline. I literally trusted this business , because of the rating. Boy was I fooled with the no show,not returning calls, nor doing the job. I don’t know how they have an A rating, I guess it’s from lying to your customers, and the BBB. BBB, I SURE HOPE THEY LOSE SOME OF THEIR RATING, FOR ALL THAT THEY HAVE DONE. I WOULD NOT WISHED THIS ON NO ONE. And to lie, about that not being his company. But when he came out, it was his company!??
