    I visited Xenia, Ohio for the first time ever for ********** **** and found the townspeople and police to be friendly. Due to wet conditions, I parked over at the Xenia high school and found the bus drivers and parking assistants to be very welcoming and kind people. The gas station clerk where I filled up my vehicle’s tank was also friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the local non-AAA-accredited Ramada hotel at 300 Xenia Towne Sq., Xenia, OH 45385. On the following page is what I wrote on multiple review sites warning people away from there. That hotel manager turned what should have been a pleasant 3 day weekend into a black mark for my memory of the otherwise pleasant and welcoming town of Xenia during a trip to ********** ****. I am kindly asking for BBB’s assistance in requesting a full refund due to complete lack of “warranty of suitability” based on my review comments. Date of the transaction: May 12, 2022 for hotel stay on May 19 - 22, 2022 Amount of money paid to business: $481.75 (through intermediary *******) What did the business commit to provide me: Clean, maintained, safe rooms What the nature of the dispute is: Refund request denied. Please read second page review for description of failure to provide suitable accomodations. I also asked ******* for refund, but they couldn’t because Ramada manager refused. This all ties to the Ramada manager, not *******. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: Absolutely not.
